COURSE INFORMATION

This course offers a progression route from BA Inclusion and Support in Society (other BA Level 10 qualifications in relevant discipline will be considered). This unique course focuses on those in our society who require support for a variety of reasons and looks at how we build inclusive societies. It provides you with an opportunity to study at SCQF Level 10 and then progress to a variety of Post Graduate qualifications. This degree course is delivered at Fife College in partnership with Abertay University and successful students will graduate with an Honours Degree awarded by Abertay University.
  1. You will learn academic, reflective and research skills which will support your further studies and career development.
  • 36 weeks full time.
  • You will study a variety of subjects, including: Developing Inclusive Services, Structural Impairments, Inclusive Practitioners and thinking Differently. 
  • In your Honours year, there will be a choice of Dissertation or Community Link Project, which will include a voluntary/work placemat.
  • Classes will be taught in Fife College's Degree Hub.
  • BA Inclusions and Support in Society (other BA Level 10 qualifications in a relevant discipline will be considered).
  • This course will lead to a variety of Post Graduate study opportunities, including teaching and social work.
  • A variety of pathways including teaching and social work.
  • Basic stationery and access to ICT such as a laptop or PC will be beneficial for online elements of study.
  • Online application and interview. 
  • PVG checks will be required for those taking on a voluntary/work placement.
