Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in identifying and eliminating waste within their workplace. You should be in a job role where you have the autonomy and support to run a continuous improvement project.What qualifications will I gain?
On completion of your project you will receive a Lean Green Belt certificate from the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI) in addition to a Lean Improvement Programme Certificate from Fife College.What will I learn on the course?

- The Cost of Quality
- Error proofing for consistent processing
- Project Presentations – How to bring out your improvement / make them stick
Presentation Day
- The programme will be completed as you present your projects to all participants, sponsors other stakeholders. You will receive coaching back in your workplace by a Lean Expert Practitioner to apply the learning to live in-company projects.
