PRINCE2® Foundation will give you a full understanding of the PRINCE2® project management method.

  • Understand how the PRINCE2 principles underpin the PRINCE2 method
  • Understand the PRINCE2 themes and how they are applied throughout the project

PRINCE2’s method is authoritative, practical, flexible and scalable. It fits smoothly to the needs of your organisation, the nature and scope of your project, and your professional role, even if you are not a full-time project manager.
Depending on your requirements, you have the option to book our Foundation level course and return at a later date to complete the Practitioner level or you may wish to attend the full week to gain both the Foundation and Practitioner qualification together.
If you already have PRINCE2 Foundation and are now ready to convert this to Practitioner, then come along to our Foundation to Practitioner Conversion course.
