Intermediate Certificate: Tourism, Events and Business

This 18-week course, which starts in February, will provide you with a practical and broad introduction to the fields of hospitality, events, business, and customer service. The course will aid the development of transferable skills which are applicable to further study. You will learn through a mixture of role play, practical work, and theory. You will be expected to participate and contribute in class, and study out with class as needed. Assessment is through your coursework and both open and closed book assessments.
